Raise Equity Clinic is a one-on-one educative, informative & interactive session with founders and startup teams at the pre-seed and seed fundraising stage to learn about the basics of equity distribution and planning for their company.

How do I get started?
- 1. To get started with Raise Equity clinic, click the button below. The special introductory price of a clinic is $29 discounted from $129 from December 2022- March 2023.
- 2. Once the form is filled out and payment is made, an onboarding link will be shared with you to complete our survey. The survey helps determine what class your company belongs to for a more tailored engagement.
- 3. Upon submission, a calendar invite will be shared to book an available session.
What should I expect?
At the end of the equity clinic, we expect that founders will;
